When touring, how much time is spent on lunch, coffee and tea breaks?

It’s up to you!  We suggest keeping breaks reasonably short to maximize touring time. A good trick is not to miss your hotel’s full English breakfast.  There are usually snack shops and self-service restaurants at larger visitor attractions. However, you might prefer a more leisurely break, and there are some very good places to eat on many of our routes.  Let your driver guide know your plans at the start of the day to give him time to come up with some ideas!

Does our driver guide join us during breaks?

If you would like your guide to join you for lunch, you should invite him to do so, as he will assume that you will want a little private time occasionally during the day.

Will I be able to smoke in the car?

Sorry, we operate a no-smoking policy in our vehicle, but we can stop for cigarette breaks at your request.
